This Privacy Policy explains how Premier Experts LLC ("Premier Experts," "we," "us," and "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the 7xBible websites, mobile applications, and related services.
7xBible helps churches, schools, groups, and individual users build a steady Bible study habit through lessons, reading checks, reminders, feedback, and progress visibility.
Our Privacy Principles
- We aim to make privacy practices readable and easy to find.
- We collect only the information needed to operate, secure, and improve 7xBible.
- We design data practices around what users, parents, leaders, and administrators reasonably expect from a Bible study app.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of 7xBible, information collected automatically from your browser or device, and information provided by group leaders or administrators.
Account and profile information may include your name, email address, password authentication data handled by our authentication provider, avatar choice, tenant or group membership, role, and invite status.
Learning activity may include lessons viewed, quiz answers, quiz scores, score history, leaderboard participation, lesson completion status, feedback you submit, and reminder preferences.
Device and usage information may include IP address, browser type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, approximate location inferred from network data, log data, performance data, crash reports, and diagnostics.
Notification information may include push notification tokens, local reminder settings, and delivery or interaction events needed to send daily reminders.
Early-access applications include your name, submitted Apple or Google account email, selected platform, consent time, policy version, processing state, and aggregate clicks on installation links. Password-setup links are not tracked.
How We Use Information
- Provide accounts, authentication, lessons, quizzes, score history, leaderboards, reminders, and administrative views.
- Support churches, schools, and group leaders that administer a 7xBible tenant.
- Send service messages, account notices, verification emails, reminders, and support responses.
- Enroll approved early-access applicants, create a 7xBible account when needed, and send platform installation instructions.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, debug errors, monitor reliability, and protect users and the service.
- Analyze product usage in aggregate so we can improve lessons, features, performance, and support.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms, contracts, and policies.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate 7xBible, support a tenant relationship, comply with law, protect rights and safety, complete a business transfer, or follow your direction.
Service providers may process information for hosting, authentication, database services, email delivery, push notifications, crash reporting, analytics, app distribution, security, and support.
Apple and Google process information under their own policies when providing TestFlight, Google Groups, Play closed testing, and app-store distribution. Apple sends TestFlight invitations directly; our email provider sends the separate 7xBible welcome and account message.
Tenant administrators may see information needed to manage their group, such as member names, participation, quiz progress, scores, feedback, and related group activity. They should use that information only for their 7xBible program.
Cookies And Similar Technologies
Our websites and app may use cookies, local storage, device storage, logs, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the service, understand usage, and diagnose problems. You can control some browser cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect parts of the service.
Children And Student Users
7xBible may be used by churches, schools, families, or other groups. If a tenant uses 7xBible with minors, the tenant is responsible for obtaining any required parent, guardian, or school consent and for using administrative data appropriately. Contact us if you believe a child provided information without required consent.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide 7xBible, support tenant administration, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain backups, and enforce agreements. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies a user.
When an account is deleted, linked early-access applications are anonymized: names and email are replaced, account links and tracked links are invalidated, and non-identifying operational timestamps and aggregate click/attempt counts may be retained to operate and measure the program.
Your Choices
You may update profile information in the app where available, opt out of daily reminders, control mobile notification permissions through your device settings, and request account assistance. Some records may also be managed by your tenant administrator.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or lost.
International Processing
Premier Experts LLC is based in the United States. Service providers and app stores may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as 7xBible changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of 7xBible after an update means the revised policy applies.
Delete My Account
You can delete your own account by logging in to 7xBible, opening your profile page, and choosing Delete My Account.
You may also request account deletion by contacting us at privacy@7xbible.com. The request must come from the same email address used to open the account. Email deletion requests may take up to 30 days to process.
